Steve Biskupic

More than 75 jury trials and argued more than 35 court of appeals cases.

Admitted to Wisconsin and Illinois bars.

Litigated multiple SEC, EPA, and FTCA matters in federal court.

Private practice, 2009 to present, including at a large Milwaukee law firm as litigation chair, then at a boutique litigation firm, and presently as a solo-practitioner.

Presidentially-appointed U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, 2002-2009

Assistant U.S. Attorney. 1989-2002

Law clerk for the late Hon. Robert W. Warren (E.D. Wis.), 1987-1989

Adjunct Professor at Marquette University Law School, 2005 to present.
